The Downtown Assessment Report noted a number of opportunities for the City to invest in the Downtown Business District. One way the City of Carroll can help downtown businesses improve their façade and other exterior renovations is by providing dollar-for-dollar matching funds. This will be in the form of up to six grants which can be up to $25,000.00 each. The façade improvement grants mark the beginning of implementing the options to grow the Downtown Business District based on the recommendations from the Downtown Assessment Team.
