The purpose of the Library Board of Trustees is to control and supervise the library, hiring and firing library personnel and other matters regarding the library.
County representative is appointed by Mayor and approved by County Board of Supervisors.
Exclusive control of the expenditures allocated for Library purposes: authorized to employ personnel.
