Join us for an exciting opportunity to select books to read and discuss with our tweens (yes, even those that might have banned topics). This is a way to be involved and connect with our young readers.
We will make a safe space for parents and tweens to read thought-provoking books and to have important conversations. Imagine what we all could learn from each other when we have open minds and open books.
Our group meets monthly at the Carroll Public Library. New members are always welcome. Our next meeting is Tuesday, October 10 at 5 pm.
This month’s discussion will be over the novel:
Ground Zero by Alan Gratz
November’s discussion will be over the novel:
Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret by Judy Blume
