Your Body. Your Goals. With FIT (Functional Interval Training) you get to prepare yourself to meet your own personal goals. All workouts in FIT are Tabata and HITT style workouts designed to strengthen the core. Offered 3 days a week in the mornings at 5:30 - 6:15 AM (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and four days a week at noon (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). FIT is sure to help you achieve your own body and overall health goals.
