    FIT
    The Rec

     

    Your Body. Your Goals. With FIT (Functional Interval Training) you get to prepare yourself to meet your own personal goals. All workouts in FIT are Tabata and HITT style workouts designed to strengthen the core. Offered 3 days a week in the mornings at 5:30 - 6:15 AM (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and four days a week at noon (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday). FIT is sure to help you achieve your own body and overall health goals.

    A full body workout with free weights in 45 minutes! This is a no-impact class which includes exercises while sitting, standing, and lying. Each person works within their own comfort zone. A fun class, done to music, for all ages.

    Flex and Stretch
    The Rec

     

    This one hour water class set to music is beneficial to seniors or anyone with health issues or movement issues that cause problems when exercising on hard surfaces. You will increase your flexibility and get your heart rate moving while chest deep water. No need to know how to swim.

    Fitness Fusion
    The Rec

     

    Fitness Fusion is a blend of pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training. Pilates is known for increasing core strength and helps us develop long, lean muscles. Yoga helps us with our flexibility, strength, and balance. A low impact cardio routine combined with light weights helps get our heart rate up and helps us burn calories. Fitness Fusion is a total body workout in a fun-filled class! All fitness levels are welcomed!

    Aquasthenics
    The Rec

     

    A great way to start the day with this 45 minute workout set to music. Get your heart pumping with some calisthenics in waist deep water. All the moves that can be difficult on land are easier in the water, but you are still getting all the benefits of the moves.

    A system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
