Important Pick-Up Information

  • Pick-up: 8:15–8:30 PM in the auditorium
  • A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must physically come inside to pick up and check out their child.
  • Children will not be released without proper check-out.

Lost & Found: A Lost and Found table will be set up at the front entrance. Please take a moment to check for any items that may belong to your child before leaving.

Thank you for helping us make this a smooth and enjoyable evening for everyone. We can’t wait for Kids’ Night Out 2026!

NOTE:

Tickets are non-transferable. The Rec prepares for these events by using a specific registration list of names. Because these nights get very busy and “wonderfully chaotic,” sticking strictly to our pre-registered list is the only way we can ensure every child is accounted for and safe.

What this means for tonight:
Only the children appearing on our official registration list will be able to enter.
We cannot accept swapped tickets or “stood-in” spots at the door.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
