The Carroll Recreation Center provides Carroll and the surrounding community with one of the best facilities around. Swim Band Policy
Children ages 15 and under are required to wear a swim bands. The swim bands are an important safety measure designed to indicate a swimmer’s ability level and ensure they are in the appropriate areas of the pool. Please Note: being on swim team does not automatically grant you a green band. Swim Team members 15 and under need to take the swim test to get a green band.
