Saturday	8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Sunday	10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Indoor Pool Hours

The indoor pool at the Carroll Recreation Center includes a whirlpool/spa, sauna, and pool with 6 – 25 yard lap lanes, a deep end, and a shallow end from just over 2 feet to just under 4 feet in depth and a small tot dock area and basketball hoop.

The indoor pool holds different hours than the Carroll Recreation Center.

Saturday	12:00 pm – 6:45 pm
Sunday	12:00 pm – 6:45 pm

Early Out School Days: Regular pool hours remain unchanged.
Pre-scheduled No School Days (Carroll Schools): 6:00–7:30 AM and 11:00 AM–8:45 PM, depending on staff availability and scheduling. Please call The Rec to confirm hours on these days.
Open Swim: Other programs, such as swim lessons and water aerobics, may take place during open swim times.
Swim Team Practices: (August – November)
The pool remains open with shared lanes during practices:
- Lanes 3–6: Reserved for swim teams
  - High School: 4:00–6:15 PM
  - CAST: 6:15–8:00 PM
  - High School divers use the diving board
- Lane 1: For water walking
- Lane 2: For lap swimming (shared)
Swim Meets: Please note: The indoor pool will be closed during swim meets. (Click HERE for schedule)

Swim Band Policy
Children ages 15 and under are required to wear a swim bands. The swim bands are an important safety measure designed to indicate a swimmer’s ability level and ensure they are in the appropriate areas of the pool.
