6-week video series starting OCT 7th TuesdaysStrength – Build power and stability with a fast-paced, full-body strength workout. ThursdaysSpin & Sculpt – Energize with cycling intervals, then tone with off-bike strength moves. Classes run 25–35 minutes. Warm-up starts at 12:00 PM, video led workout starts at 12:10 PM — so you can sweat, reset, and get back to your day. Class is offered Tuesdays & Thursdays @ Noon Oct 7-Nov 13
