Evening Unwind Video Yoga Class

Take time to relax, stretch, and breathe with our Evening Unwind Video Yoga Class — a gentle, end-of-day session designed to help you de-stress and restore balance.

Class Details

  • Format: Video-led yoga class (no in-person instructor or staff)
  • Duration: 45–60 minutes
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Session Dates: November 11 – December 23
  • Start Time: Video begins automatically at 5:35 PM
  • Location: Fitness Room

Attendance & Check-In

No registration is needed for the class.
To attend, you must either: Hold a current REC membership, or Pay the daily admission fee.

When you arrive:

  1. Check in at the front desk
  2. Scan your membership card
  3. Print your name on the class sign-in sheet

What to Bring

  • A yoga mat (you’re welcome to use one of ours)
  • Check the schedule to see if special equipment is needed (dumbbells, yoga blocks)

Please arrive a few minutes early and spend at least 5 minutes warming up before class begins.

After Class

Once the session finishes:

  • Wipe down all equipment used
  • Return mats and blocks to their proper places
