Class Details
Format: Video-led strength class (no in-person instructor or staff)
Duration: 25-35 minutes
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Session Dates: November 18 – December 30
Start Time: Video begins automatically at 12:35 PM
Location: Fitness Room
Attendance & Check-In
No registration is needed for the class. To attend, you must either: Hold a current REC membership, or Pay the daily admission fee.
When you arrive:
Check in at the front desk
Scan your membership card
Print your name on the class sign-in sheet
Equipment
Check “Class Schedule” below for equipment needed
DB= Dumbbells
Choose a weight that challenges you while being able to maintain control and proper form L = light (2-5 lbs) M = medium (5-10 lbs) H = heavy (10-20 lbs)
Mat: Bring your own or use one of ours. Mats will be used to make floor work more comfortable.
Warm Up
Classes that have “WUI” after class name include a warm up. Please spend 5 min before class begins warming up. Do your favorite warm up or choose warm up options that are posted on the wall of the fitness room.
