Power Lunch: Strength

Power up your lunch break with this efficient 25–35 minute video led strength class. Build strength, boost energy, and be back to your day before 1PM!

Class Details

  • Format: Video-led strength class (no in-person instructor or staff)
  • Duration: 25-35 minutes
  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Session Dates: November 18 – December 30
  • Start Time: Video begins automatically at 12:35 PM
  • Location: Fitness Room

Attendance & Check-In

No registration is needed for the class.
To attend, you must either: Hold a current REC membershipor Pay the daily admission fee.

When you arrive:

  1. Check in at the front desk
  2. Scan your membership card
  3. Print your name on the class sign-in sheet

Equipment

  • Check “Class Schedule” below for equipment needed
  • DB= Dumbbells
    • Choose a weight that challenges you while being able to maintain control and proper form
      L = light (2-5 lbs)
      M = medium (5-10 lbs)
      H = heavy (10-20 lbs)
  • Mat: Bring your own or use one of ours. Mats will be used to make floor work more comfortable.

Warm Up

Classes that have “WUI” after class name include a warm up. Please spend 5 min before class begins warming up. Do your favorite warm up or choose warm up options that are posted on the wall of the fitness room.

After Class

Once the session finishes:

  • Wipe down all equipment used
  • Return mats and dumbbells to proper places
