Class Details
Format: Video-led yoga class (no in-person instructor or staff)
Duration: 45–60 minutes
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Session Dates: November 11 – December 23
Start Time: Video begins automatically at 5:35 PM
Location: Fitness Room
Attendance & Check-In
No registration is needed for the class. To attend, you must either: Hold a current REC membership, or Pay the daily admission fee.
When you arrive:
Check in at the front desk
Scan your membership card
Print your name on the class sign-in sheet
What to Bring
A yoga mat (you’re welcome to use one of ours)
Check the schedule to see if special equipment is needed (dumbbells, yoga blocks)
Please arrive a few minutes early and spend at least 5 minutes warming up before class begins.
