Find Your Up with Judy Panning
We will spend the hour in gentle movements (not exercises), breathing, and taking an active rest (body and mind working together for calm).
Judy spent her career in music education, mostly with early childhood and elementary students before training in the Alexander Technique and developmental movement. She qualified under Rose Bronec at Alexander Technique Urbana in December 2023. Her M.M. in Music Education is from Northern Arizona University, 1992, and her B.S. in Elementary Education is from Dr. Martin Luther College in 1985. Her love of music for young children led her to work with the Board of Directors of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association, where she served as President from 2010-2014.
