Fitness Fusion is a blend of pilates, yoga, cardio, and strength training. Pilates is known for increasing core strength and helps us develop long, lean muscles. Yoga helps us with our flexibility, strength, and balance. A low impact cardio routine combined with light weights helps get our heart rate up and helps us burn calories. Fitness Fusion is a total body workout in a fun-filled class! All fitness levels are welcomed!
