Our officers take great pride in providing a very high level of service to our community.  Their efforts have resulted in Carroll being one of the cleanest, safest cities in Iowa.  This success is only possible with the support and cooperation of our citizens and elected officials.  The pride that permeates our community is an essential ingredient to our success.
