Board of Adjustment

The Board of Adjustment meets regularly on the first Monday of each month. Please complete the appropriate form below to bring a consideration to the Board. The purpose of this board is to provide a body to safeguard the most appropriate development of the community in accordance with the public interest and to hear appeals from any decision or interpretation of this ordinance.

Five appointed by Council and two appointed by County Board of Supervisors. County appointed must be residents living outside city limits covered by 28E Agreement. No authority to spend money or employ personnel.
