City Hall offices include City Manager, City
Clerk, Public Works/City Engineer,
Building
Department, Police Department,
Carroll Area Access
Television Cable Channel 6 (CAAT 6),
and Library.
The City Administration Office directly
manages the annual budget, finances, public
relations, personnel and accounting
functions for all City Departments. The
City Administration staff includes:

A Note from the City Manager
I am proud to be a part of the Carroll
Community and encourage you to join in that
same pride. The Mayor and City Council,
along with many volunteers that serve on
Commissions and Boards, as well as
Committees, provide leadership and oversight
of the many services delivered by our
dedicated employees, both full-time and
part-time.
Our employees and contractors
provide you with safe water, sanitary
disposal of your solid and liquid wastes,
protection for your person and property,
enhancement for economic growth, safe
streets, opportunities for recreational and
healthy activities, even our final resting
place; all in a timely, efficient and
courteous manner. I encourage you to offer
a word of support to these employees and
